Based in the Yorkshire Dales, Joy and Claudia are two garden designers who specialise exclusively in planting design. Trained at the Yorkshire School of Garden Design, their work is deeply inspired by the surrounding landscape, its natural rhythms and patterns which continually shape their creative process.

Together, they combine a unique blend of creative flair and analytical precision. Joy draws on her background in high fashion, bringing visual storytelling together with her skilled eye for photography and composition, whilst Claudia brings the clarity and structure of a legal career together with her passion for landscape art. This combination allows Joy and Claudia to craft planting schemes that are not only beautiful and expressive, but also thoughtfully composed and well resolved.

Whether designing for contemporary spaces or traditional settings, their approach is always rooted in nature and how it makes people feel. They are sensitive, intuitive designers who believe planting should stir the senses and create lasting emotional connections.
